Noah knows he has the best grandpa in the entire world! Not only is he the famous author, Mark Lawson, who writes the coolest sci-fi books, but his grandpa is also writing a new kid’s series featuring Robot NOAH.

Grandpa Mark picks him up from school and instead of taking him straight home, they do cool stuff together. Noah’s favorite afternoon treat is stopping at the ice cream shop. He loves to get an ice cream cone before he has to do homework.

Since his grandfather is a writer, his hours are flexible which means Noah and his little sister can see him all the time.

Grandpa Mark isn’t all fun and games, though… he still makes Noah do his homework and behave, but that’s okay… His parent’s do the same thing.

At the beginning of the year, I took time a few days planning all of my books in regards to writing, editing, Beta testing, and publishing. Detailed plans based by the month of what I need to accomplish to stick to my plan…

Well, it’s May and I’m not on schedule anymore… Beta testing for book five hasn’t started, I’ve barely worked on writing book six, and well the fourth novel…

I’ve promoted my fourth novel, Renewed by Grace heavily through the month of April with a launch date set for April 30.

Danger! Danger!

The headaches were getting worse and I had tried everything from over the counter pain medicine, allergy meds, and even crazy recommendations on Pinterest…

I drew the line at rubbing a lime across my forehead though.

During this time, I discovered oils and while it has been lifesaving for many reasons.

(Our new family motto – put some lavender on it.)

Nothing was making the terrible migraines go away.

It was going on over a year of a permanent, on-going, learning to live with the painful headaches.

I was desperate and praying for answers doctors could not give me. Spending most of my time laying down in dark rooms, tears streaming down my cheeks.
